Roger was born in Huntington, Indiana on August 4, 1936.  He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and thereafter worked for five years in the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a Patent Examiner in the digital data processing art.  While a Patent Examiner, Roger attended American University and earned his J.D. degree.  He then obtained a Master of Science degree in Mathematics from Purdue University and became registered as a Professional Engineer in Indiana (Reg. No. PE60015100).  He has served as an associate faculty member in the Mathematics Department at the Indiana University/Purdue University Fort Wayne Campus since 1978.   Roger has been in private practice as a Patent and Trademark Lawyer in Fort Wayne, Indiana, since 1968.

Patent, trademark and copyright law including searches; opinions; patent application preparation and prosecution; trademark application preparation and prosecution; and preparation of licensing, confidentiality and related agreements.
